Learners receive tailored recommendations, real-time feedback, and visual skill insights. As users build competencies, they’re matched to relevant jobs through a smart, skills-based profile. Employers gain access to data-backed insights into candidate readiness.
AI supports onboarding, content suggestions, and predictive learning paths. Written responses are automatically graded using an LLM, returning rubric-based scores and clear feedback. Admins see learner progress, at-risk alerts, and performance trends through intuitive dashboards—helping them act early and at scale.
With multilingual support, localisation capabilities, and admin tools for institutions and corporates, SkillUp is ready for rollout across Southeast Asia. The mobile-first interface ensures accessibility, while its architecture supports growth, integration, and measurable impact.
