Description

This project is a multi-agency collaboration between a Singapore statutory board and a Singapore commercial airline to design and develop a Trajectory-Based Operations (TBO) planning platform. Built with a user-centred, research-driven approach, the web-based interface enables dispatchers and flight-followers to perform pre-departure and in-flight planning aligned with ICAO’s FF-ICE standards.

Our team led the end-to-end UX/UI design and front-end development using modern practices in web design Singapore and UX/UI design Singapore. Developed in close collaboration with aviation stakeholders, the platform supports operational workflows, data integration, and informed decision-making.
